Breaking down online boredom and fatigue
During the last weeks of this “different” year, I have been exploring options to reduce the boredom and fatigue of the online meetings (professionals and personals one).
In addition of trying diverse platforms, programs and virtual spaces, I have been playing with filters and backgrounds with surprisingly quick success on breaking ice and making those meetings more bearable and even joyful.
I have put on the front line the power of laugh and unexpected “body language” (or better to called it virtual make-up) to help me breaking the formalities of business meetings, the boredom of team reunions and creating chaos and relaxed environment in family and friends’ virtual gatherings.
One of my goals for 2021 is to keep boosting my creativity, innovation and joyful experiences on the virtual meetings and at the same time trying to get back to use simple phone calls for my online interactions.
I believe it would help me to reduce the boredom of the screen and at the same time to increase the quality of the information exchange and strengthen my connections.
Let’s talk!
