Danger vs Fear
Danger is real;fear is created.
Recently, one of the people I am accompanying on her inner journey expressed feeling overwhelmed by fears.
During our sessions, we discuss fears and obstacles as part of self-acceptance.
While danger exists objectively, fear is our subjective response.
Life presents genuine threats, but our minds amplify them.
How can we navigate life more confidently and freely?
* Start by recognizing real risks, but don't let imagined ones control you.
* Face challenges with clear eyes, not clouded by unnecessary fear.
* It is crucial to distinguish between actual danger and created fear.
To reclaim our power and move forward with greater freedom, let’s embrace the reality of danger but refuse to be paralyzed by the illusion of fear.
